1. Forum manner - A question/request should be posted in the Category that "most" matches it.
- Please don't "quote" the entire message that you're responding to, only the pertinent passage. This makes it easier to read for other users.
- If no-one answers your question/request, please don't post the same question/request in every section.
- A question is to be posted in one category only, even if the question can be posted in two different categories. If you wish you have your post moved to another section (if it applies) contact an operator.
- Thousands of viewers read the message board on a daily basis. Please have something to say. A message such as, "anyone in here?" takes up countless minutes when the number of viewers who read the post is taken into consideration. Please make intelligent posts which have a purpose.
2. Insulating - Any threads that are found to be insulting to others will be removed.
- Be respectful of other people when posting on the message board.
- Usernames and Signatures are not to contain swear words of any kind.
- Stealing the identity or impersonating someone can result in immediate banning.
- This site is provided to you for free, and you are free to disagree with other posters, but if you stoop to personal abuse or attacks, your post(s) will be deleted. If you are insulted then report the post, please do not retaliate.
- We do not feel that the number of posts is the most important indication of your status, or of the amount of respect you deserve. Please be respectful of everyone, regardless of post count.
3. Video/Pictures - Threads or posts that are inflammatory, disgusting pictures/videos (such as face of death), hostile or by design cause disruptions will be removed and posting privileges may be suspended as necessary. Messages should be appropriate for all kind of ages/sexes.
- Posts containing Pornographic Pictures will be removed without prior notice, however if such pictures could fit into funny category are allowed but the subject of the thread should mention "it should not be seen by underage members".
4. Political & Religious - Threads that could cause the website to get banned from ISPs in Iran are not allowed, yet you can post logical political and religious point of views about situation in Iran. Please use "Political and Religious Talks" section for your threads/posts.
5. Advertising - Link to personal website or commercial websites in Username or Signatures are not allowed.
- You may not use the forum for advertising or marketing purposes, whether for companies or charitable or other organizations. We are more than glad to advertise your business, but advertising without permission from Administrative team of the website is restrictly prohibited and messages will be deleted right away. Quite simply, if they want to be put on our site, they can pay us.
- No Spam or Pimping. This refers to the use of this site as a redirector or gateway to another site for the purpose of collecting click income or advertising.
6. File Sharing - If there is any particular Item (Album, Mp3, Video ?) that you would like to share with other members, make sure you remove any kind of advertising from it OR contact to PersianBase staff and let them know. Otherwise your links will be removed. Since this is our job let us handle it.
- Messages related to any other type of file sharing systems other than Torrent will be removed.
7. Moderation - Threads/posts maybe moved when it is posted in the wrong section or at user request.
- If you see a post that you believe breaks a rule please use the report feature or contact an operator.
- We reserve the right to edit/delete posts/threads/signatures at our discretion. Any post/thread/signature that we deem inappropriate for viewing will be dealt with accordingly. If you have any questions about actions taken against a post/thread/signature please contact Administrative team.
- "Three warning and you're out". If you are warned several times for your poor behavior on the boards (failure to comply with the above rules), you will receive a warning. Three warnings results in banishment. Banishment may be temporary or permanent, depending on the nature of the offense. In the case of a serious offense, the board team reserves the right for immediate banishment without use of the three- warning system. Infractions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
- If you believe a post or thread has been deleted or closed when it should not have been, or if you want to know why this has happened, please contact a moderator/operator of that section. Please do NOT start another thread asking why your last one was deleted, because that too will be closed /deleted.
- Threads/posts also maybe deleted for the following reasons. Pointless, advertising, containing porn links, double posting.
- We reserve the right to save or disclose your personal data and/or IP address in response to a threat of legal action.
8. Nicknames - Once you register a nickname, it will not be manipulated by any means. This option has been disabled and will not be used under any circumstances. Therefore, please refrain from asking the staff to change/modify your nickname, if you insist your nickname will be deleted so you can pick a new one.

قانون شماره ۱) تمامی کاربران می بایست در هنگام ثبت نام در سایت ، از کلمات مناسب جهت استفاده در نام کاربری خود استفاده نمایند. در صورت مشاهده کلمات رکیک و نامناسب، اشتراک آن كاربر در اولین فرصت حذف خواهد شد و دسترسی وی به انجمنها قطع خواهد شد حتی المقدور نام كاربری را با حروف انگیسی به جای فارسی ایجاد نمایید.
قانون شماره ۲) کاربران سایت می بایست در هنگام ارسال پیغام در انجمن ها از کلمات مناسب استفاده نمایند. در صورت مشاهده کلمات رکیک و نامناسب ، اشتراک آن كاربر در اولین فرصت حذف خواهد شد و دسترسی وی به انجمنها قطع خواهد شد
قانون شماره ۳) کاربران می بایست در هنگام ارسال سوالات و مشکلات و پیغامهای خود از یک موضوع مناسب استفاده نمایند. این موضوع می بایست در رابطه با سوال ، مشکل و یا پیغام ایشان باشد. در غیر اینصورت در حالتی که کاربر جدید باشد به او اخطار داده خواهد شد. در صورت تکرار مکرر این موضوع توسط کاربران چه جدید و چه قدیم ، برخورد جدی خواهد شد. از انتخاب عناوینی از جمله كمك ، تورو خدا كمكم كنید ، خیلی مهم ، هر كی میتونه جواب بده ، نیاز به پاسخ فوری ، یك برنامه ، جطوری میتونم ، كرك برنامه و جملاتی شبیه به این پیغامها جدا خودداری نمایید كه طبق قوانین با شما بر خورد خواهد شد. راهنمایی در این زمینه :برای انتخاب موضوع میتوانید از كلمات كلیدی سوال خود استفاده كنید.
قانون شماره ۴) مسئولیت مطالب ارسال شده توسط کاربران به عهده خود ایشان می باشد و لزوماً نظر و یا مطلب مسئولین سایت نمی باشد.
قانون شماره ۵) در صورتی که مایل به ارسال مطلبی از یک سایت دیگر می باشید ، حتماً منبع آن را ذکر نمایید. در صورتی که مطلب یا موضوع مذکور نوشته شده توسط شخص خاصی بود ، حتماً نام وی را ذکر نمایید..
قانون شماره ۶) لطفاً در هنگام مطرح کردن سوالات خود ، انجمن مناسب را انتخاب نمایید و از مطرح کردن سوالات خود در انجمنهای نامتناسب با سوالتان خودداری نمایید.
قانون شماره ۷) لطفاً در هنگام طرح سوالات خود آنها را به صورت جداگانه مطرح فرمایید. بدین معنی که در صورتی که سوالهای گوناگونی دارید ، آنها را در چندین ارسال مطرح نمایید و از مطرح کردن تمامی سوالات در یک ارسال خودداری فرمایید .
قانون شماره ۸)لطفاً در صورتی که جواب یک سوالی را نمی دانید از ارسال مطالبی که باعث شلوغ کردن آن ارسال ( یا سوال ) شود خودداری فرمایید. در صورتی که بحث خاصی دارید می توانید برای خودتان یک بحث عمومی باز کنید.
قانون شماره ۹) از نوشتن نامه های تجاری و یا تبلیغات تجاری پرهیز كنید. اگر جواب سوال كاربری به گونه ای بود كه مربوط به سایتهای تجاری میشد میبایست فقط در زمینه سوال كاربر سایت معرفی شود و از به كار بردن جملات و كلمات تبلیغاتی خودداری نمایید.
قانون شماره ۱۰) از نوشتن یك سوال و یا یك نامه در انجمنهای مختلف خودداری كنید. طبق قانون شماره 5 انجمن مناسب و مرتبط به نامه خود را انتخاب كنید و فقط در آن انجمن نامه خود را ارسال كنید.
قانون شماره ۱۱) مسئولیت تمامی فایلها و یا تصاویر و ... كه از طریق سایت رد و بدل میشوند بر عهده كاربر فرستنده میباشد و سایت در قبال این گونه مسایل هیچ تعهدی در زمینه سالم بودن آنها، ویروسی نبودن آنها و ... ندارد. ما به شما پیشنهاد میكنیم حتما پس از دریافت فایلها و ... آنها را قبل از استفاده توسط نرم افزارهایی كه كار ویروس یابی و اسكن فایلها را بر عهده دارند ، چك نمایید.
قانون شماره ۱۲) در صورت مشاهده هر گونه بی احترامی به كاربران دیگر و مدیران و مسئولان سایت با كاربر مربوطه برخورد خواهد شد و در صورت لزوم دسترسی وی به انجمنها قطع خواهد شد
قانون شماره ۱۳) تصویر و ویدئوهای که فاقد هر گونه محتوا بجز مطرح کردن مسأل جنسی (پرنوگرافی) میباشند و جنبهٔ طنز و کمدی ندارند بدون هر اطلاع حذف خواهند شد.
قانون شماره ۱۴) مباحثی که میتواند باعث فیلتر شدن سایت از طرف ایران بشود مجاز نمیباشد.
قانون شماره ۱۵) هرگونه تبلیغ خلاف قوانین است و سریعا از سایت حذف خواهد شد. یعنی هرگونه چیزی که اعضائ سایت رو به یک سایت دگر هدایت کند سریعا حذف خواهد شد.
قانون شماره ۱۶) در مورد تبادل هرگونه فایل (فیلم، موسیقی، سریال...)، قبل از ارسال با مدیران سایت تماس بگیرید و هماهنگی مربوطه را به عمل بیاورید. در این زمینه لطفا کار را به کاردان بسپرید
